濮阳市天地人环保工程技术有限公司是中石化中原油田改制过程中成立的专门从事环保技术开发和应用的专业化公司。公司取得了国家环境保护总局颁发的环境污染治理设施运营资质（工业废水乙级、工业固废乙级），河南省环境保护清洁生产审核资质证书，公司通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证和HSE安全健康环保体系认证，成为中石化集团公司一级网络成员企业，油田内跨区作业的环保专业化队伍之一。

我公司专业从事油气田钻采污水（钻井污水、采油污水、压裂液和酸化液）、钻井废弃物（岩屑、泥浆等）处理，噪声处理；油气田原油脱水、采油污水处理和污水处理站承包运营；水处理药剂的生产、销售；采油污水处理设备、固液分离设备、油气水分离设备及钻采污水处理设备开发研制、生产与销售，工程技术服务、清洁生产技术咨询服务等。
公司致力于环保实用技术的开发和应用，取得了一批环保成果和多项发明专利。目前开发并取得国家专利有8项，其中有四项环保专利在中石化油田环保领域系统推广。典型发明专利《一种油田废弃泥浆污油泥资源化处理方法》ZL200610018062.0、《用于油田钻井压裂作业废液处理的工艺流程技术》发明专利号ZL200420059478.3和钻井废弃物不落地随钻处理技术与成套装置。

Puyang Tian, Di, Ren Environmental Engineering &Technology Co., Ltd. was established as a specialized company in environmental technology development and application in the process of restructuring of Sinopec Zhongyuan Oilfield. It has acquired the qualification issued by State Environmental Protection Administration on the operation of facilities to control environmental pollution (Industrial wastewater B, Industrial Solid Waste Division), and the Henan Provincial Environmental Protection cleaner production audit Certifications. And our company has got through ISO9001 quality management system certification and HSE Certification. In addition, our company is a member unit of 1st-level network of Sinopec Group Company and a member factory of the environmental professional team for trans-regional operations in oilfield.
